End-User License Agreement (EULA)

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”) and Bostan Stories (“Bostan,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By installing, accessing, or using the Bostan mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. License Grant

Bostan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • download and use the App on devices you own or control

  • access stories, media, and features provided within the App

  • use the App solely for personal, non-commercial, family use

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Bostan.

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

  • copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the App or its content

  • distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the App or any part of it

  • extract story text, artwork, audio, or assets for external use

  • reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code

  • use the App for commercial or public presentation without permission

  • circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features

  • access the App in a manner intended to overload, harm, or disrupt servers

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your license.

3. Ownership

All intellectual property in the App—including stories, characters, illustrations, animations, UI design, logos, and software code—is owned by Bostan Stories.

This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. Content and Story Material

All story material provided in the App is for family use only.
You may not:

  • download story media for offline distribution (unless explicitly provided)

  • reproduce story content outside the App

  • claim ownership or authorship of any Bostan content

5. User-Generated Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, ratings, comments, or improvements:

  • You grant Bostan a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it for any purpose.

  • Bostan is not required to credit or compensate you.

6. Updates and Modifications

Bostan may automatically provide updates, fixes, or enhancements.
These updates may:

  • modify or remove features

  • improve stability or security

  • require updated system permissions

Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription.

By subscribing, you acknowledge:

  • payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play

  • auto-renewal rules are enforced by the platform

  • Bostan does not process financial information

  • refunds must be requested from the platform used to purchase the subscription

8. Third-Party Services

The App may interact with third-party services such as:

  • Firebase Analytics

  • App Store Billing APIs

  • Google Play Billing APIs

Your use of these services is subject to their respective policies.

9. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated.

We may terminate your license if:

  • you violate this Agreement

  • you misuse the App or Content

  • the App is discontinued

Upon termination, you must delete the App from all devices.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, including:

  • uninterrupted availability

  • error-free operation

  • compatibility with all devices or OS versions

  • accuracy of story content or analytics

Use of the App is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bostan is not liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • loss of data or device failure

  • subscription or billing issues managed by Apple or Google

  • service interruptions or bugs

Bostan’s total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid during the current billing period.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, excluding conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this EULA to reflect new features or legal requirements.
The updated version will replace previous versions.

Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated EULA.
