By accessing or using Bostan, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility
Bostan is intended for parents, guardians, and families.
Children may use the app only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the Service, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old, OR
You are a parent/guardian supervising a child’s use.

3. Parental Responsibility
Bostan contains children’s stories, educational content, and interactive features.
Parents/guardians are fully responsible for:
Supervising their child’s interaction with the app
Reviewing stories/experiences
Managing account and subscription settings
4. Content and Intellectual Property
All stories, characters, artwork, graphics, audio, animations, branding elements, logos, and app interface ("Content") are the exclusive property of Bostan.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute Content
Modify, translate, or create derivative works
Extract story text or artwork for external use
Use the Content for commercial purposes
All rights are reserved.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
Bypass security measures
Upload harmful content
Interfere with servers or network operations
Violations may result in termination of access.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
By subscribing, you agree to:
The pricing displayed in your region
Auto-renewal rules
The platform’s billing policies
Bostan does not process or store credit card information.

7. Refund Policy
All refunds must be requested through:
Apple App Store (for iOS purchases)
Google Play Store (for Android purchases)
Bostan cannot issue direct refunds.
Refund eligibility is determined by the platform you purchased from.
8. Availability and Updates
We may:
Add, modify, or remove features
Update the app to improve performance
Temporarily suspend access for maintenance
We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions.
9. Termination of Use
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
Violate these Terms
Misuse Content
Engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior
Upon termination, you must stop using all Bostan services and delete the app from your device.

App Store billing APIs
Google Play billing APIs
Use of these services is subject to their individual terms.

Bostan is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
Error-free operation
Continuous availability
Compatibility with all devices
Your use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bostan is not responsible for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data
Device damage
Subscription or billing issues handled by third-party stores
Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid for the current subscription period.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, or operational changes.
The “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly.
Continued use of Bostan after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
