SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

These Subscription Terms explain how subscriptions work in the Bostan mobile application.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Available Subscription Plans

Bostan offers the following subscription options:

A. Pro Plan Monthly

Duration: 1 Month

  • Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

  • Subscription automatically renews every month unless cancelled.

B. Pro Plan Yearly

Duration: 1 Year

  • Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.

  • Subscription automatically renews every year unless cancelled.

Prices may vary by region due to App Store and Google Play pricing tiers.

2. Auto-Renewal Policy

All subscriptions are set to auto-renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the subscription period ends.

  • Renewal cost will be shown in your account settings before renewal occurs.

  • You may disable auto-renew at any time through your device’s subscription settings.

Bostan cannot modify or cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

3. Free Trials and Introductory Offers

Free trials or introductory offers may be available depending on region and promotional eligibility.

  • If a free trial is provided, you may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

  • Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited once a subscription is purchased.

  • Eligibility for trials is determined by Apple and Google Play.

4. Managing Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription from your device’s settings:

On iOS (Apple App Store):

  1. Open Settings

  2. Tap your Apple ID

  3. Go to Subscriptions

  4. Select Bostan Stories

  5. Manage or cancel your plan

On Android (Google Play):

  1. Open Google Play Store

  2. Tap your Profile icon

  3. Select Payments & Subscriptions

  4. Choose Subscriptions

  5. Manage or cancel your plan

5. Billing and Payments

  • All payments are processed directly by Apple App Store or Google Play.

  • Bostan does not process or store any credit-card or financial information.

  • Taxes may be added depending on your region.

If your payment fails, your subscription may be cancelled by the platform.

6. Refunds

Refunds are not issued by Bostan.

Refund policies depend entirely on:

  • Apple App Store Refund Rules, or

  • Google Play Refund Rules

Users must contact the platform they purchased from.

7. Access to Subscription Features

A valid subscription unlocks access to:

  • Full library of Bostan stories

  • New releases added regularly

  • Ad-free experience

  • Additional educational features (where applicable)

Feature availability may vary by region.

8. Changes to Subscription Prices

We may adjust subscription pricing in the future.
If pricing changes:

  • You will be notified by Apple or Google Play before renewal.

  • You may cancel prior to the next billing cycle if you do not accept the new price.

9. Termination of Subscription

Cancellation prevents future automatic charges, but does not refund the current billing period.

Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
